PA CleanWays is a nonprofit statewide organization staffed by volunteers. Funded through private and government funds, PA CleanWays supports the adoption of non-state maintained roads and areas. In addition to littered roads, PA CleanWays works with communities to clean up illegal dump sites-places where uncaring people dump their unwanted items-and to deal with improper trash disposal on public property.
