The Pennsylvania Resources Council (PRC) had its best response ever to the 2006 Lens on Litter photo contest. And that’s not a good thing!! Photos were received from all over the state, showing litter in parks, in streams, along roadways and in parking lots.
PRC salutes those children and adults who realized that “something is wrong with this picture” and sent in their examples of the worst of litter this year in Pennsylvania. Let’s hope that if we all continue to point out the spots where litterbugs live, we can reduce the number of litterbugs in 2007.
