The Pennsylvania Resources Council (PRC) had a great response from
State residents to the 2005 Lens on Litter photo contest. Photos were
received from all over the state. This year, for the first time, the
entries were placed into two categories – school children
and adults. In addition to winning prizes, our contest winners
will have their photographs on display in the Rachel Carson Office
Building in Harrisburg during Earth Week.
