PA CleanWays is the southwestern region coordinator for Keep Pennsylvania Beautiful. PA CleanWays is a non-profit organization that helps people who are ready to take action against illegal dumping and littering in their communities. PennDOT offers a wide variety of beautification programs – from volunteer litter control programs such as Adopt-a-Highway, to Sponsor-A-Highway litter cleanup programs for businesses, to roadside plantings. www.dot.state.pa.us
